SWAT HOOKUP CARD Terms & Conditions
Limit of one membership per person per season. Use of the SWAT HOOKUP CARD, free lift ticket(s), or other member benefits constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in the SWAT HOOKUP CARD Membership Agreement. The SWAT HOOKUP CARD is an affinity card which is wholly owned by SnowJam Preferred Card. SWAT HOOKUP CARDS are the property of SnowJam and may be rescinded at any time without refund or further notice. Reselling any benefit or lift ticket is strictly prohibited and considered theft and subject to termination of membership and prosecution under state statutes. SnowJam has fulfilled its obligation to each member upon the issue and delivery of the initial membership card. Additional benefits and discounts will be communicated periodically to the email address provided by member at the time of purchase. Membership is not transferable or refundable. Free lift ticket(s) are limited to one each per member. Details and restrictions for each benefit may be found at www.SWATHookupCard.com.
Lost cards can be replaced. Contact Us and let us know you lost your card. Be sure to provide your name, mailing address, phone and email address. First replacement card is free, thereafter they are $18 each. SnowJam assumes no liability associated with the activities related to use of this card.
